Has built-in TEXT-SIZE INCREASERS, located at the TOP RIGHT of every page.
NOTE: Internet browser software such as INTERNET EXPLORER 8 has a MAGNIFICATION TOOL located in the BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER that provides further controls size.

As well, the latest FIREFOX browser software also has "ZOOM" controls.
Prompts our content editors to provide "alt tags" for all images added to the site.
Uses web standards for dividing presentation from content.
Uses menus with helpful mouse-over tips.
