After you have been accepted and your tuition and fees have been assessed on SSB Banner, Confederation College has several ways for you to pay your fees.

Payment Methods

1. Internet Banking:

• You can now add Confederation College as a Payee and your account number is your student number.

2. Banner Access for Credit Card payments:

1. Go to the Confederation College Banner Self-Serve Application (SSB) website
2. Enter Secure Site
3. LDAP ID: Your ID is the first part of your email address (i.e. student@confederationc.on.ca, the ID would be student)
4. LDAP Passwd: Your initial password format is as follows:

   Fnxxxxxxxxx

   F = First letter of firstname CAPITALIZED.
   n = First letter of lastname lowercase.
   x = Last nine digits of your student number. eq. 100129914

5. Click on Student Registration; Student Records; View Account Summary by Term.
6. At the bottom of the page, click on Credit Card Payment.
7. Select a term (i.e. Fall 2012). Enter the amount you wish to pay and click on Submit Payment.
8. Click on Confirm Payment. NOTE: Please be patient, you will see a screen confirming your payment. DO NOT hit the back button on the web browser.

If you have any problems with your Banner ID or password, please contact the Help Desk. Their number is (807) 475-6488 and can be reached Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

3. Cheque Payments:

1. Please make cheques payable to Confederation College in Canadian Funds.
2. Be sure to write your student ID # in the memo line or include a copy of your account summary.
3. Cheque payments can be mailed to:

4. By Phone:

• Please have your Student ID#, credit card information and the amount you are paying ready and call us at (807) 475-6177 Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

5. In Person:

• The Main Cashier is located in the Administration Offices located on the second floor of the Shuniah Building. They are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
