PHOTO IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR WRITING ALL EXAMS
Acceptable forms of photo identification are: Current student card, valid driver's license, current passport or photo health card.
MIDTERM and MONTHLY INTAKE EXAMS
Please consult your course material and/or instructor to determine if your course requires a paper-based monthly intake or midterm exam to be written at the college. Please book (date and time) and request your exam by email as soon as possible (instructions are on the following information sheet).
Midterm Exam Booking Information (pdf - please click on heading) Please verify deadline dates, within your course, to write midterms by - courses vary. Thunder Bay Testing Centre hours: Monday to Friday - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (exams must be complete by 3 p.m.)
March Monthly intake Final Exams (pdf) are to be written no later than Friday, June 9, 2012. Thunder Bay Testing Centre hours: Monday to Friday - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (exams must be complete by 3 p.m.)
April Monthly intake Final Exams (pdf) are to be written no later than Friday, July 13, 2012. Thunder Bay Testing Centre hours: Monday to Friday - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (exams must be complete by 3 p.m.)

The final exams for these courses are online, however, they must be invigilated. Students in Thunder Bay: Please book with the Testing Centre early to ensure that you can get a seat in the Testing Centre – Computer area, as seating is limited.
