Continued training to learn the specialized skills needed to help people with Autism or behavioural challenges.

AU513 TransitionPlanning& Implementation

AU514 Field Placement II

Admission Requirements

Students must be a graduate of a college diploma program such as, Social Service Worker, Early Childhood Education, Educational Assistant, Developmental Service Worker, Child and Youth Workers and/or similar college-level human service programs, or have a degree in social sciences.

Other Requirements:

Prior to fieldwork, students must present the following:

1.    Current Criminal Reference Check
2.    Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C certificate.
3.    Student Medical Form showing up- to-date immunization including a recent 2 step TB skin test.
