Convocation 2014

Welcome to Convocation 2014 and Congratulations.

There are a few steps you need to make to ensure that you are ready for convocation.

  • All potential graduates will be listed on our potential grad list. Make sure your name is on the list. If not contact the Registrar’s office at . Link to potential grad list.
  • Check the schedule to determine the date and time of your ceremony.
  • All students on the potential grad list will receive an email to their college address inviting them to convocation. Thunder Bay campus students will receive instructions on how to order convocation regalia. Regional campus students can pick up regalia and invitations at their regional campus.
  • Beginning in mid May you will receive an email confirming that you are a graduate.
  • Part time students must fill out a request to graduate form in order to be listed on the potential grad list. Click here for form.
  • Please check your college email regularly during this period as this will be your source of communication.
