Your compassionate nature, and ability to interact with individuals who have a range of physical, mental or developmental abilities can lead you to our Developmental Services Worker program.

You will make a difference by helping support these individuals to participate in, contribute to, and enjoy life in the community.

Your role could include paraprofessional specialists within educational services, employment support persons in vocational services, support workers in residential services and support for families.  You can make a difference by enrolling in this program at Confederation College!

I graduated from the Developmental Services Worker Program. This program helped me to work and support children with special needs, which is something I always wanted to do. Karen Kemp and Terry Lowey were awesome and very supportive.
