Do you already possess a University Degree or College Diploma? Do you enjoy working with people? With Human Resources Management you can enter an intensive, one-year graduate program that will provide you with a skill set that is in demand. You will be involved in a process that not only includes technological advances, but pays close attention to effective use of human resources as well.

In the HR profession, you need to be positive, energetic and self-motivated, but you will also need to be firm and decisive with difficult people when required.

Would you like to earn a nationally-recognized professional designation? Graduates of this program are eligible (subject to some grade level requirements) to write the National Exams leading to the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) as granted by the HRPAO (Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario).  You could be on your way to succeeding in your career goals with this program!
