Human Resource Management programs at Confederation College enjoy a 25 year reputation of successful graduates employed in a wide spectrum of Human Resources related careers.  Graduates of this three year program are eligible to write the comprehensive national examinations administered by the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO), leading to the Professional Designation CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional).
