Home Stay
For English As A Second Language students only.
International ESL students are carefully paired with Canadian host families. Together with our hosts, students enjoy various cultural, social and recreational activities and experience a true Canadian lifestyle. Our families enjoy spending time with international students and can help with language skills and adjusting to life in Canada.
Host families: Might be single people, young couples with children and pets, or older couples.
Cost: Average cost is $ 161 / week
Location: Typically just a short bus ride away from the college.
Living conditions: Students have a private room, shared bathroom and three meals per day. Breakfast and lunch are usually self-serve while evening meals are eaten together with the family. Students are expected to clean their rooms and wash their own clothes. Most homes include internet connection.
On-Campus Residence
Located right on the College campus, Sibley Hall, is home to 229 students every year. Sibley Hall is a safe, community-oriented residence with five room style options. Prices vary based on the type of room. Each room includes a single bed, wardrobe, small fridge and microwave, and some have private ensuite baths. Take a virtual tour of Sibley Hall and see what life at residence is like!

Note: Meal plans are mandatory for students staying in residence.
Exchange Students Accomodations: Students studying at Confederation College for one semester through the exchange program also have an opportunity to stay at Sibley Hall.
