The program offers an individualized approach to learning. After completing the initial Orientation and Career Planning workshop, learners will have developed a training plan that will map out the requirements for meeting the goals set. Teachers are friendly, caring professionals and provide learners with the support necessary for achieving academic success.

Each year, over 100 adults join classes on the main Thunder Bay campus, and enjoy the benefits of college life while moving toward their goals.
