The Library's databases offer access to the full text of articles, encyclopedic entries, books, etc. Databases provide keyword, subject, author or title searching for articles or books. Periodicals are also sometimes called journals, magazines, or serials. Some journals are identified as "peer-reviewed", meaning they are reviewed by professionals in the field.
