How to Add to / Check My Print Balance

My Print Balance
  • Each student begins the fall semester with a computer print account of $36.00
  • As you print, 5 cents per black and white sheet or .40 cents per colour sheet is automatically deducted from the account
  • A double-sided print is .09 cents
  • Check your print balance regularly when logged onto the college network
  • Your print balance is indicated by the dollar sign at the bottom right of your computer screen (system tray)
  • If you are unsuccessful when trying to print, you may need to add to your print balance
To add to My Print Balance:
  • Bring your Student ID Card to the staff at the Library's 2nd floor Public Service desk
  • Staff will deposit the desired amount into your print account
  • Deposits must be made in cash
  • Minimum deposit is .05 cents
