15th Annual Community Partners' Evening
(Thunder Bay, August, 31 2010) -
Please join us on Thurs., Sept. 23rd, as we welcome military advocate General Rick Hillier, who became Canada’s top soldier in 2005. General Hillier, now retired, fought passionately on the ground in Afghanistan as Canada’s peacekeeping role segued into a heavy combat mission in the scorching hills of Kandahar. Be inspired by his pride, connect with friends, and delight in a multi-course feast prepared and served by our Culinary and Hospitality students and staff. Funds from this event will be directed to the Regional Education Alliance for Community Health (REACH) ...

Time: Champagne Reception 5:30 pm - Dinner 6:30 pm
Place: Ryan Hall, Confederation College
Tickets: $125 per person - tables of eight may be reserved
