When I have found the General Arts and Science Program to be extremely beneficial. After being denied entrance into an over-subscribed college program, I turned to the General Arts and Science Certificate Program. I chose classes that I could use to compensate for some of my poorer high school grades. This resulted in my acceptance into the college program that I had originally applied for a year ago. The General Arts and Science also helped me to decide with certainty which career path was right for me.
