Dawn Happonen

The Medical Laboratory Assistant program at Confederation College taught me the necessary skills and techniques to excel in the medical laboratory. The MLA program not only taught me the skills necessary to succeed in my field, but it allowed for enough hands-on time during labs and my placements to truly feel that  I had mastered the essential skills I would be asked to perform in the workplace. I now have a job I love.

Previous to beginning the MLA program at Confederation College, I had a number of  jobs that were interesting, but never felt I had a true career. The MLA program changed all that for me. I feel like I've found my calling in life.
