The Office Administration General certificate is an 8-month program that prepares you for an entry-level job in any business office. Learn business communications, math, accounting, keyboarding, office procedures, records management and computer applications in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher.
An Office Administration General certificate provides you with the necessary skills that employers today are looking for in all career areas. Our students have found work as administrative assistants, receptionists, word processing operators, data entry clerks, medical assistants, legal assistants, executive assistants and customer service representatives.
