Registration Services takes over once you have accepted your  "Offer of Admission".  This includes registration into courses, recording of marks, transcripts & diplomas, convocation ceremonies and all academic records.

• Apply to get readmitted/transfer into program (pdf)
• Order official transcript (doc)
• Reorder a certificate or diploma (rtf)
• Withdraw from a program (doc)
• Request to graduate for a part time student (doc)
