TERMS OF REFERENCE

Membership

  1. The Committee shall consist of Staff Recreation Association staff members from whom the following positions shall be elected annually:  President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.

  1. Other Recreation Association members may attend the committee meetings as required/requested.

Functions of the Committee

  1. To plan, coordinate, provide and offer a variety of recreational activities throughout the year for the staff of Confederation College.

  2. This Committee will subsidize only preapproved College and Staff Recreation Association functions/events.

  3. Receive, review and approve requests from staff for specific activities.

  4. Committee meetings are to be held once a month on the lunch hour.  The specific day to be determined at the beginning of each year.

  5. Minutes of the meetings will be taken by the Secretary and distributed to the Committee Members.
